Dear Team , I also forwarded the email on help with regards to the above subject line . I bought premium package when I was in India in 13.Sept it was working smoothly as I am residing in another country it asked me to purchase another plan which I also did . Unfortunately I cannot access any of the videos even after buying the plan wherein I got charged twice . Expecting a support and assistance from the team to fix the issues or else to proceed the refund
