I am extremely frustrated with how this app handles its free trial and subscription renewals. I downloaded the app simply to try the free trial, and without any clear confirmation or warning, it automatically charged me for a full yearly subscription. To make matters worse, it defaulted to the most expensive annual plan instead of offering or prompting a lower-cost monthly option. This feels incredibly misleading and predatory.
