I don’t know how they got this up to 4 and a half stars, but beware anyone who has to use this service. It’s terrible; that’s the short of it. The long is it’s slow, it is works far less often then it doesn’t, and it will get you in trouble with work. You’ll think you’ve clocked out and it doesn’t go through, you’ll think you’ve clocked in and it doesn’t go through. Worse of all some days it won’t work period, despite phone restarts, being patient, and trying for up to 20-30 minutes.
