Poor doesn’t even begin to describe the service
Flight canceled owing to weather. No problem. Understand these things happen. How does KLM address? Make the passenger pay all costs. Then make the passenger submit invoices for compensation. And what about rebooked flights? Extremely poor UI that leaves more questions than answers. And what about calls to contact centre? aim hold forever on the phone. Messenger comments have AI bot that stops after a while. Watsapp still the same. If a crisis is a time to shine, KLM is sadly in the dark.
