The app doesn’t properly track every couple of days, so when you start a feed track it will start counting but if you click out of the app it will stop counting or it will ‘sync’ and you will lose the data all together. I emailed the support team who were unhelpful and refused to admit there was a glitch and kept asking if I created an account (which I had) and gave me steps for losing bulk data. It was clear it was not recognising or tracking the individual feeds.
