Nobody is using this app 10 times a day that they need so many notifications. Why is this the default? Who comes up with this as a viable user experience?

Support will make you run from the app to the website to an email so they can send you back up the app to start a contact. Intentionally designed to prevent you from getting support unless you are desperate. Wouldn't be so much of a problem if the system worked well enough to not cause issues
