I accidentally renewed this subscription and immediately canceled it. Made a report to Apple and they denied a refund, tried contacting Beauty Plus directly through the app and no luck there either. It’s terrible to have been charged for a service you don’t want that was immediately cancelled and yet refund was denied! All done within a matter of minutes after realizing that it was subscribed to. Now I’m going to have to go through my banking institution to remedy this problem when I shouldn’t have to.
