Disappointed by One Staff Member, but Bar Experience Saved the Day
We recently stayed at a Marriott Bonvoy property for our honeymoon, hoping for a memorable and warm experience. Unfortunately, one of the front desk receptionists completely ruined the tone of our stay. His attitude was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming — it genuinely felt like he was doing us a favor just by being there. There was no smile, no courtesy, and absolutely no effort to make guests feel valued, especially for such a special occasion. It’s shocking to see this kind of behavior at a brand like Marriott, which is known for hospitality. That being said, we did have a positive interact
