Hi. What does support team does when your delivery person steals the order? They block contact form and dont refund You. So even though Deliveroo knows You didn’t received the order, that delivery person lied in recorded Deliveroo chat (that there is an issue with the order) they are violating your consumer rights. Yay for Deliveroo!

Opened account with AppleID. Want to delete (permanently) my account. Cant do it with appleID. For security purposes I’m not detailing why, to not cause harm to others people data. Please fix it.

I’m in a city where I’ve took easily +100 rides with Uber. After taking three drives out of the city few (for a significant price) I need today to get somewhere closer. For a price that’s usually 9€tops. So today Uber decides to choose the road all around the city for kin.30€. Checked the traffic - no problem. Checked road works- no problem. Checked similar locations - again, a drive all around the city through highway. I wanted to give them feedback that their algorithm goes wrong - but they don’t care. There is no option in the app to submit feedback nor change the route which will include
