I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using your portal. The pricing displayed initially feels misleading — low prices are shown to attract customers, but additional costs and issues appear later in the booking process. It creates a frustrating and untrustworthy experience. The worst part was that the baggage policy was not clearly communicated during booking. Because of this, during a very short layover, passengers were expected to collect their bags and re-check them for the next flight. This is extremely inconvenient and unrealistic, especially with limited connection time. How c
