From great support to lousy support
I’ve used this app for years and it’s always worked fairly well, during iOS updates they would run into problems in the past… However it’s been over a month and their support team is very difficult to reach and they do not have helpful suggestions and y the fact is on iPhone 11 and all the latest issues it still does not merge calls. Stable mature product
I bought this app quite a while back, and subsequently been updated numerous times and is my go to application when I have something very quick to say that I want to transcribe later. Initially impressed, now throughly disappointed
If you are writing a feature length manuscript one use be able to get a birds eye view of your entire manuscript and the sections with it... I cannot believe that after this long period of development and the beta testing they have yet to provide the "scrivinings" view, this is a deal breaker when writing long form manuscripts. I was excited and now switching back to Ulysses... Ugh... Don;t waste your time if you are writing a feature/book length manuscript.
