Pray you need no changes, customer service is horrendous. Every single time we hoped to make an adjustment we were told it’s impossible. Funny how with the exact same tickets through other apps we were able to make changes. Once they have your money, they offer no support. The AI help bot is laughable and the agents have you wait 10 minutes in chat just to say there’s nothing they can do. Thankfully we were able to make adjustments at the station, clearly possible. Just use Trainline, booking, or literally any other company.
