A bug help

I constantly have issues with the mobile app where I can’t log into my account. Password incorrect, try it only my computer, works fine, delete app, redownload it, go to login and it fails, reset password, go to log in, and dosent work, try it on my computer again, works fine. Why does this keep happening?
