I just downloaded this game and could never access the game. When I launch the app, it says it needs to be uploaded. But there is no update available in App Store. I’ve restarted my phone many times already. And I also deleted the app and downloaded it again and again. It still says it needs to be uploaded. I joined the Family Island group on FB and asked for help, but they told me to contact support and gave a link. I still can’t contact support through the provided link because I need my ID. AND I haven’t started played it yet. How could I have an ID?
