Trying to get ahold of an actual person for customer service is a nightmare. Had fraudulent charges on my account so they told me they needed to suspend my account while they investigated the charges. The matter was resolved, my account is still suspended 6+ months later after they told me all I would need to do is send in a picture of my drivers license to unsuspend it. Sent in a picture then they emailed me back saying now I need to send them a picture of me holding my drivers license like really?! So I did that. No response. Have spent hours trying to get ahold of an actual person AGAIN 6+
