I would recommend a lot of new things for this app. First, there should be a feature to show you where your bus currently is. I have had many situations where the bus was delayed and I didn’t know whether it was worth it to leave and come back, or just stay put in the cold. A map feature where customers can see how close the bus is would be helpful. Second, this organization should really change its 2 hour bus delay policy. You have to wait two hours if your bus is delayed (even if it’s a mechanic issue, bus issue, etc), to even be eligible for a refund. This is very inconsiderate of people’s
