An essential I have used to achieve my goals
Face it, the only way to achieve a long term goal is to regularly monitor your progress and make plan adjustments as necessary. I am nearly 50 and for 48 years I flailed around trying to hit some arbitrary fitness goal that changed regularly. I had no real idea about my calorie intake, or my exercise calories burned.
