I gave the palace project a three because one of the audiobooks (the seven year slip) had major playback issues. Every chapter it would play for 3-25 seconds and then start over, making it difficult to listen t it. Additionally, once you are listening to the audiobook, you can’t look at the app as the audiobook stops. This is a problem and needs to be updated in the software of the app. It’s also vague when you have access to a book from the wait list. I had a notification in my reservations, but had to scan through all of them to figure out which one was available. This needs to be remedied
