This property is one of the worst if not the worst property under your brand. I am a lifetime platinum elite member and I am way past disappointed. I booked a four night stay here but I will only be staying one night checking out immediately tomorrow. I expect no issues. Actually I should be credits with a free nights stay this property is so bad. Aged and dated; bathroom was horrible.
