I got banned once then I made a new acc then it got banned again and I didn’t do anything and I made 3 more they all got blocked please fix this problem

When I want to connect it then my internet connection doesn’t work and if u turn it off and u want to turn it back on it takes 20min to turn it on again and it randomly stops working it makes me crash out.💔
