I booked a New Year’s holiday through the Agoda app and completed the payment. After receiving a confirmation email, I was surprised to get another email two days later stating that they would refund my money without providing any clear reason. This was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend using this app for bookings. I also noticed that this has happened to many others as well.
