Spending a $100 on this app doesn’t assure you continual access to this app. Several times now I’ve received messages saying that the app is overloaded and further access is not possible for 24 hours. That’s unacceptable and represents poor customer service of the highest level! When the app is working, it’s great as long as your specific question is well worded. Be careful about the answers you got though as they can be quite inaccurate. Remember garbage and garbage out. we never know the source of the raw data that generates answers.
