I booked my trip last night and got a confirmation that the request was received. Then in the morning, I check the app and it suddenly shows “no driver available” and cancels on me with no warning, no notification, nothing at all. Because of this, I’m now at risk of missing my flight. This kind of unreliability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend using other apps if possible—they’re more dependable. Update: I have contacted your support on the same day and did not receive any respond and after couple of days they just closed the chat. So even your support is inadequate.
