I’ve made a purchase since Jan 29,2024. The item was sent to my local UPS pick up location, because it was suppose to arrive to me by UPS. Well it went to my USPS location, and item was returned to sender. I’ve been trying to find a way to contact this company or store and there’s no way I can do that. I’ve tried emailing them no response.
On my app for the store all they have is Q&A and Therese no chat boxes, or no way to contact customer service. I wanted to let them k ke the situation, and for them to send the item back to my home address. I’m unable to do that.
