They have already sent me a bill on the $85 annual charge that they initially charged the card which I have not received. They said 7-10 business days and it’s been 12 business days. And they want to charge me $25 to get an expedited card or to just wait until the initial card gets here. I knew about the ridiculous fees, but I think it’s even more ridiculous that they’re asking me for money and I have not even had a chance to use their service.
