I had a really disappointing experience with the Astrotalk app. They advertised a 100% cashback offer on the first recharge — meaning if I recharged $25, I should have received $50 in total balance. However, after completing the payment, my account was only credited with $25. The cashback was never applied. What made things worse was the complete lack of customer support.
