Contacted customer support to figure out why I haven’t been paid. I always get paid the next day by 5pm. Now I work Thursday and Friday and my payments are delayed until Monday even though my card process’s payments everyday. But their customer support (Shubham) was the given name, said it was a bank holiday that’s why but I was supposed to be paid Friday not the next day when the holiday actually took place… same thing last weekend with no holiday.
