I needed to change my multi city trip to just one. I spent over 1hr with a lot of silent time only to have both my flights canceled& refunded! I called back got a new Rep who said No, your flights were Non Refundable hold so you do not qualify for a refund, hold on let me see what’s going on…more silence. Finally after just over another hour ish, my 2 flights were refunded because the system for some reason glitched and couldn’t get anything other than my RRs which Im now unable to use and have to completely purchase a new flight on my own, forgot to mention… my refund could take upto 30 days
