The app can be useful when it works as intended but on my trip to South Korea and Japan I was frustrated by outdated information about the location and other info of several restaurants on the app. I bought the app to save me trouble but instead I had to go through the trouble of updating information on the app. Googling for vegan restaurants or checking for places selling vegan food on Uber Eats and then finding directions to the restaurant is more reliable but checking the Happy Cow app is quicker.
