I paid for one of their 6 month subscriptions and, I am in awe of how terrible the customer service is for Tinder. After a week of using a malfunctioning tinder profile that does not register swipes/nor new messages to and from current matches, I tried to get a hold of Tinder’s support. Every time I ask for a resolution to my disabled tinder account, they tell me “Apple handles all refunds” and simply refuse to resolve the internal issue that I’m having with the app. I’ve contacted Tinder support three separate times to try and re-activate my account and restore some of the wasted first impr
