I used this app for free a long period of time. And it helped me so much! I never felt better, I stopped sh for almost 3 months and was so grateful for the app! If I ever started thinking about sh again I simply opened the app and looked at my progress, and I got the motivation to not do it that day. Lately I’ve been in a really dark place and haven’t been able to not think about sh for weeks, I honestly needed this app more than anything today. but I can’t pay for it, and it looks like I lost all my progress anyway.
