The Excel app has been malfunctioning for at least a week. I’m unable to open or edit files, and constant errors make it completely unusable. This is a core productivity tool relied upon by professionals every day, so it is unacceptable that it remains broken for such a long time without a clear update or fix from Microsoft. The lack of communication and delay in resolving this issue show a disregard for users and their needs. We expect an immediate fix and an official explanation regarding what went wrong and when full functionality will be restored.
