While Inkitt advertises its Author Subscription program, as a way for readers to support writers, it doesn’t work—at least not for me. I’ve tried verifying my account with the link I received in the email which is necessary to create subscription tiers but it must not be working because every time I try to submit it says my account hasn’t been verified and I need to contact support. So I did. It’s been nearly a week since I’ve sent not one but two emails contacting customer support and I’ve gotten nothing except growing frustration. Not worth your time much less money.
