The application is very helpful. Sncf actually needs to works more efficiently for people from abroad, like tourist or whatever. Usually, the service from some staff (not all of them) is terrible, rude, not friendly. (Sometimes their arrogance towards tourist is a little bit obvious to me) If this rating was not meant just for the application, it wouldn't go as far as 3 stars. France and more particularly Paris will be much better, if transport services (which is quite important for tourist) is reliable.
