Flew with them for the first time this weekend and my experience hasn’t been the best. This thing of categorizing who gets first in the plane, and there are over 100 people to board, really makes very hard for customers you classify as C. There shouldn’t be such a thing and it’s ridiculous. Maybe if it was possible to choose our seats at the moment we purchase the flights maybe it wouldn’t be so hard to find a good seat after 100 or 120 people have boarded. In my 3 flights I got to seat in the middle, and it was nothing but beyond inconvenient speacially seating on uncomfortable hard seats. I
