I love this app. You can really dig down into moment by moment data if you combine it with an Apple Watch. It really is a fantastic app, and offers exponentially more info that apple’s sleep data screen. I highly recommend the three pack of Auto Sleep, Auto Wake, and HeartWatch. All three are excellent, work together, and you’ll get a discounted price. If you’re interested in the quality of your sleep and readiness for training intensity, these are the tools. ESPN+ is so painfully bad, broken, and bloated with ads, that I had to find an alternative. The UFC Fight Pass app has really come into its own. They’ve worked out all of the clunkiness that used to plague it, have improved navigation significantly, and have indexed search on fight cards. The ability to find fights, fighters, and jujitsu and wrestling matches has gotten excellent as well. I’m so pleased with this app, and so done with ESPN+. I feel sorry for all the folks who follow other sports and still have to use the horrible ESPN app.
