Went from challenging to accessing account now to unable to access account in over a month. And that is from any device. No one able to help access the account. Other than typical reseting every which still doesn’t work. All I get from the reps are temporary passwords and told to allow 24 hours. Now the bill is due and a link is sent so that you don’t have to access the account well how about the link doesn’t work.
