Tactical War: Tower Defense

I’ve played the first 6 or 7 levels and I’ve been having a lot of fun with it so far! I look forward to playing more.

It’s simple, it’s fun, and it costs a whopping $.99 to get rid of ads. This is not a game for you if you are looking for complicated button mashing grinder games. This is a pure old school tower defense game.

Great game on every level. Simple but not cartoonish graphics. Gets you playing quickly. Engaging difficulty level. Tip: replay the levels you’ve mastered a couple of times for extra upgrade points to make the next levels easier.

The game is great, not too many ads and a great balance in the levels. You have to restrategize to figure it out sometimes. But the last level keeps crashing on wave 10 and I can’t finish the game :( so I can’t give it 5 stars.

I’ve been looking for a quick tower defense game and this one is perfect great upgrades and towers. Hopefully we get some more content soon!

Amazingly fun! best when you buy the no ads (for only $.99), but even with ads the ads aren’t overbearing

Overall I really enjoyed playing it, but not enough levels kills replay-ability. If this had more levels it’s an easy 5 stars

Brings you back to when games were fun, not to hard and not to easy!

It plays long video ads way too often. It’s like they want to force you into paying for no ads. Rather than just normal ads and having a choice. Reset a game? Ad. end a game? Ad. Menu change? Ad. And it’s like 2 minute long ads each time. One video ad I couldn’t even close after because it wanted you to play the ad mini game and there was no X option. It’s out of control.

Old school feel. Good for classic gamers. Simple mechanics. Some ads. But not too many. I am a fan. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a classic TD.

This game is a blast and brings back memories of the classic tower defense games I loved as a kid. The gameplay is solid, the mechanics are smooth and the challenge curve feels just right. I’ve maxed out all upgrades and earned 3 stars on all 20 levels. I would love to see more content added soon! New levels, weapons or upgrade paths would really keep the momentum going. Looking forward to future updates!

I’ve had the game on my phone for about a decade and every year I come back to it because it’s easy fun. No annoying ads, just old school fun. I too would pay for additional levels or even a second play through just harder. Can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a game I put on my phone nine years ago. Time for version 2!

Game would be even better if could use the armament on previous levels if u get 3 stars on them

I got this a week ago and had lots of fun with it. I’ve beaten all of the levels, bought all the upgrades, and got 3-Stars on all of them. We need more levels, a fun game deserves more expansion. Please make more.

The scaling is horrible- it’s often necessary to replay previous levels for coins. explosions don’t do splash damage?? this wouldn’t matter if it was possible to target specific enemies (first, strong, weak, etc). next- the ads. i like everything this game is TRYING to do, except the popup ads after every round, win or lose. the best type of ads to maintain retention are “gift ads” that are COMPLETELY OPTIONAL and give the players a reward for their time. buuuut nope not in this game, plus there is no coin reward for a loss/restart. you won? great! here’s an ad! you lost? aw, sorry! here’s an

Can you fix level six I keep dying it’s too hard.

Wish there were more upgrades available! 3 stars up to level 10. Just starting level 11. Need to figure out the best weapon options for each level. Great game, lots of fun.

This is great TD game that is difficult and not pay to win. It would be a lot better if you added more guns and upgrades, I think this game could be more popular if you guys advertised and updated more often.

Like many other reviews stated, there are only 20 levels. It’s very hard to find a decent tower defense game. I really like this one and wish you would make more.

This isn’t an overly complex game. It has good layouts, actual instructions, and plenty of difficulty. Wish they’d make another TD game

I Love the tactical thinking required to beat this game. Even if you have all your upgrades maxed it still takes a lot strategizing to get all 3 stars. Love how it’s not Pay to Win! Great TD game for sure!!

Great game but quick to beat. There needs to be more than 20 levels. Infinite mode? Call early?

This is what TD should be. Very challenging. You can pay to play or not. I got rid of the ads, well worth the dollar. You must use all skills and weapon load outs. If you get stuck walkthroughs are available online. You can’t just coast. MORE LEVELS, NEW TROOPS, AND WEPONS PLEASE! Your game could be the TD SHIZNIT.

This game is amazing there so many levels and once you upgrade your weapons, your unstoppable

Would be a great game levels 1-4 are awesome and fun, however once you hit level 5 it is impossible to beat without spending money. I have three starts on the first 4 levels and everything I can maxed out on upgrades and cannot get past wave 12 on level 5. This is garbage. I won’t spend a dime on money traps like this nor will I play any more games from this developer.

I like the game a bunch! I gave only a 3 star because the game ends after the first (only) 20 levels! Quite frustrating after liking the game so much. I’m glad I didn’t put any real money into it. Also, it says when leaving a review, Title is optional. Except, it won’t let you submit until you give one. Odd in my opinion… when something is optional but, isn’t.

I have re visited this game 3 times now. Always forgetting how to play it. Haha the best part is taking 4-5 hours to get the level just right in victory. Takes about a week to finish and well worth your time of fun.

This game is a LOT of fun, semi-challenging, and definitely worth playing. My only real complaint is that there are only 20 levels, period. No hard mode and no additional content, it just ends. It’s certainly worth the time it takes to beat but that’s just it, it doesn’t take much time at all to get 3 stars on all of the existing levels. If there were somewhere around 50 levels I wouldn’t have anything negative to say at all. I can only hope that the devs do an update at some point to add more content (wishful thinking I know. But here’s to hoping!).

The upgrades are legit pointless. Bought $3 or so worth of the coins to upgrade and it basically does nothing. Or when you upgrade the towers the game knows they’re a higher tier and it takes more hits to kill the units. Not sure. Everything is maxed and I’m stuck at level 9. How is it that everything is fully “upgraded” and the missile tower does nothing. It aims and watches the units drive by it seems. Was fun at first but now this games just annoying. One wrong tower placement and the game needs to be restarted.. not like balloon tower defense. I can get to round 100 easyyy. This I’m stuck

And I mean that as a compliment. The only gripe I have is that there are only 20 levels!!! Absolutely worth paying for the ad free version. I just need more.
