Keepon is a tool to manage all aspects of business administration, from helping you get paid to managing bookings, finance and to even help you build better client relationships.
Online Bookings - Fill your calendar while you sleep. Get your own online bookings page, set your hours and block out unavailable time.
Bookings - Manage one-on-one and group appointments with ease.
Products and Services - You can now set up your frequently used services, items you sell and credit packs, to make it easier to manage, track and save time.
Custom Branding - Standout from the crowd with custom branding and colour palettes for your online services and customer pages.
Payments - Track cash, bank transfers and other payment types. Send payment requests via email and take on the spot card payments.
Payment Plans / Subscriptions - setup paperless payment plans in under 30 seconds.
Finance Management - Finances no longer have to be scary. Keepon records all of your transactions and packages them up nicely into an easy to understand financial overview.
Client Management - Close sales and keep retention high with all your client details in one place.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Keepon is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. All customers are eligible for a free 14-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Online cancelations are here!
We hate them, and we know you do too.
But we’ve made it easy for you or your clients to cancel and book another time so you can fill that spot back in quickly to prevent wasting time showing up to an appointment that was never going to happen!
This includes…
• Setting the ability to cancel on an appointment by appointment basis so you’re clients can cancel online
• Set how long they can cancel before the appointment to marry up with your cancellation policy
• You’ll also get notified via push notification and email any time someone cancels

Woah! We've made some tweaks to how you Make Sales and sell your Services, Items and Credit Packs. Things should be a little faster now, which is handy when you are on the go. Check out the Settings screen and see how Products & Services has been rename to Templates.
