Help with connection
I enjoy the app but the issues with connection bother me. It keeps saying Connection Error whenever I scroll to Friends and I don’t have Facebook so I can’t see any Friend IDs I can invite or anything. Please fix this..

i deleted it bc i wanted to participate in the competitions seeing if it would let me participate again and now it says connection error when i try to log back in.. love this game tho i have been playing since i was 6 so i hope this gets fixed asap💯

Pls fix ur game
I use to LOVE Stargirl when I was younger. I decided to download it again and found the app broken. I can’t link my Facebook which is the main account I had. The reason Facebook provided was that the app “wasn’t active.” It said the developer was aware of the issue so I hope you can fix it soon, as I would love to play it again.

It deleted all of my purchased dresses
I love the game but today I opened the game a realized that all of my purchased items where gone and when I tried to renue them in the store it was no longer available along with the gifts and when I tried to press on customer support it would not open this is just so frustrating because I spent real money on the game please fix it I don’t know what to do.

Stargirl was my favorite game and I had put so much of my personal money and had put so much work into the game to work my way to the top. I reached level 33 and had most of the bought collections that cost real money. I had also bought several diamonds to purchase the expensive dresses I wanted. I had bought enough money and diamonds to purchase all of the dresses I wanted and was very happy with my Stargirl and with her avatar. Hi, uhh actually a great game I really like it tho,I’m having a problem here :( well umm I had another star girl acc long ago on different device and umm I connected that to Facebook and did the same on here to have my acc on my iPhone and well i was happy that i got my acc back that a notification popped up for new content thing I downloaded it and when I restarted it it again showed me new content thing i downloaded again and again but it wasn’t working:( now my star girl acc isn’t working:( I contacted support either way but no response :(

Great! But a few flaws...
This game has been great! I've played it for years now and this problem has still occurred to me. I'm not saying I have anything against the game, I'm just saying you should fix this problem. The problem : Occasionally when I log into Star Girl Princess Gala, I get kicked out randomly. And it's not just this game, it's the other Star Girl's, as well. I'm on the loading screen while the characters don't show up, and the loading bar doesn't show. Then it just randomly kicks me out! As I said, I don't have anything against the game, just please fix this bug.

The game is great it does get boring time to time but overall it's still a fun game to try especially when trying to win the contests. Anyway what I think should be changed if the friend requests or adding friends I think that when you go to another persons room there should be a button where you can friend them because you have to have this code and I wouldn't know how to get this code the only other way is through Facebook which is useless to people who don't have Facebook I think this would allow the game to be more fun because you'd be able to spend a lot more time in the club trying to ge
