Huawei HiKnow APP is an after-sales delivery and service platform for enterprise partners, customers, and Huawei engineers, Provide product support and service for engineers, such as delivery, maintenance, product documentation and community communication.

● eISDP：Three enterprise service delivery channels: industry project delivery, quick contract delivery, and partner service delivery (PSD). The one-stop digital delivery platform built for customers, partners, and Huawei engineers implements efficient collaborative delivery and E2E project management.
Activate Product License：License activation, download, maintenance, and task management.
【Maintenance】
● Weiknow：Provides 24/7 Q&A services, covering typical pre-sales and post-sales application scenarios, helping you quickly obtain knowledge about enterprise products and services.
Maintenance Enter the SN to query the maintenance information. You can scan the QR code on your mobile phone,Quick renewal consultation and purchase.
● Service Request: Submit a trouble ticket and view the progress.
● Spare Parts Requests: Apply for spare parts online, confirm spare parts, view the progress, and return spare parts.
● Global service hotline: Huawei provides 24/7 global hotline services to help you quickly obtain services.
● Spareparts：Query the spare part progress based on the spare part order number, trouble ticket number, and faulty part SN.
● Scan：Obtain product information, component information, maintenance information, and related documents by scanning the QR code on a mobile phone, Send scanning results to personal emails in batches. Multiple modes are supported, such as batch scanning, image, and manual input.
