Download the app today for an easy way to pay and save on fuel. No need to take out your wallet. Simply create an account in the app, add your favorite payment method, and enjoy the benefits to keep you going forward!
The Fuel Forward® App allows you to:
-Enjoy convenient mobile payments right from your driver’s seat
-Save on fuel and get access to special promotions
-Make safe, secure transactions from the mobile wallet at the pump and inside the store
-Find and get directions to Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® stations
-Discover fuel prices near you and view station amenities
-View transaction history and mobile receipts
-Earn and track KickBack® loyalty program points at participating locations
Accepted Payment Methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, Click to Pay, Apple Pay, Direct Pay (link to your checking account), Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® credit cards and Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® gift cards.
Apply for a Phillips 66®, Conoco® or 76® credit card directly through the app.*
Set up your mobile wallet:
1. Create and login to your account
2. Select Wallet on the menu bar
3. Click the + sign
4. Add your favorite payment method and start saving on fuel!
Pay with your phone:
1. Open the app when you’re at the station
2. Select Pay button
3. Enter your pump number and select Authorize
4. Fill up your vehicle and you’re ready to keep going forward! Your receipt will display automatically in the app.

Watch out!!!
I have tried to use the app linked with my 66 card & it won’t let me complete the transaction. Keeps asking for a passcode. So I enter that number & still will not allow me to complete the transaction. It only works now when linked Apple Pay which doesn’t get me the stacked discounts I’m supposed to get. The customer service team with the app isn’t much help.

Though the app is easy to use, the amount of savings is very inaccurate. Several times I have filled up to only 10 cents savings when it should have been 15 cents and 5 when it should have been 10. I reached out to owners of the app only ti find an email returned without answer.

Response from app is good but road signage is deceiving. Customers for gas believe a price that’s .20 lower but very hard to get. Plan on paying .20 more than what their signs say unless you have the app and have taken much time to learn and input much info into the complicated app (due to map for store location).

Mediocre at Best
I cannot understand how this mediocre app gets such raving reviews. It frequently takes 10 full minutes to authorize payments at pumps, the station locator is extremely slow and is very sensitive to zoom level and panning. It will show zero stations in one view but if you pan or zoom even slightly, stations will appear. The only reason I bother with this app is because I’m currently getting 30 cents off every gallon of renewable diesel I pump if I use this app. Did they even test this app?
Tip: The pump will authorize much quicker if you use a credit card to pay instead of Apple Pay.

Normally works fine. Today was a little slow and it timed out. Tried to reset. No luck. Moved to a different pump. Says I’m locked out for 24 hours. If you want me to use your product don’t lock me out of my own account. Have a way to authenticate or something.

Frequent Errors!
Although this app was recommended to me , I terribly disagree that it is helpful . The first time I used it , I did not give me a discount, then I started having issues at the pump for payment . I message customer support and they never respond . This app only gives you a headache ! Not worth the time or effort !

Disappointing
I have been an user for almost a year and never had issues. Last Valentine’s I pumped fuel and paid with the app. 5 days later I got a message saying that my payment was rejected and I had been sent to a collection agent who charged more than double. No previous notice or grace period to pay my debt. It seems that is how they treat their loyal customers.

I’m sorry I waited so long to activate my account. I have been using my 76 credit card for as long as I can remember. The easy money saving app is simple and saves you money and time. Set it up and save every fill up. I’m retired and resisted the technology. This is great even if you have a low internet pain tolerance! DO IT!

Not worth it
So when I first started using this app, it was actually good and helped me save money on gas but now it’s just a waste of space on my phone(which I’m about to delete off of it). For whatever reason it does not show stores that support the app. It’ll show any in all Phillip 66/conoco/76 gas stations, but it doesn’t show the ones that actually support being used by the app. And I’ve used the app so far from here to Oklahoma and Kansas and what not.

Was on a six hour trip home stopped at a flying J that had 76 pumps, saw above the pump. There was an option down the app I did. I guess I had had this app prior, but I know we got the chance anyways I was able to put my gun straight from my phone and it made it a lot easier than having to pick a random amount and still not fill my tank up so overall very finishing up

Scam for your personal information
I added my card through the app specifically because of the advertised discount. Attempted to use it both at the pump and in store but was told the payment failed and the transaction declined for the discounted price. Of course my card worked with no issues at the higher price. Thanks for nothing, they’ll be happy to use the personal information I provided of course.

Gas station sign and pumps show different price for fuel toward members.
Sign at the street says $2.66 if using fuel forward. Used app, only took 5 cents off bringing it to $2.81. It’s a bit of false advertising. 3 stars as I understand I am still saving a few cents, but it should reflect correctly.

40 Year Customer Experience
Leaving this review to help anyone else in a similar situation. If you use this app and link a checking account to get a discounted price, Synchrony will eventually delete your Philips 66 account. I had my Phillips 66 card for 40 years, and without any warning Synchrony has closed my card because of inactivity--because I was enticed to use this app to get the direct pay checking account discount. Very disappointed in both Philips 66 and Synchrony. You have lost my business completely moving forward.

The app won’t even open. The customer service line is absolutely horrible & doesn’t try to navigate you to an actual person. I have a gift card to use & ended up wasting someone’s money that gave it to me as a gift. That’s so sad as a million dollar company to practically just steal customer’s money with a faulty app that won’t even open. Wont let you use the gift card any other way but with the app which is insane. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
