Used to be the best

Been playing since the beginning & although the games are still good, they have made so many changes that many of us lost our Facebook friends and now many of the free coin links don't work. Clicking on them for many of us sends us to the App Store and we never get the coins. I can go weeks with playing very little because I have no coins. I’ve been playing this game daily for years. The last couple of months it went way down hill. Every time you switch a machine you have to go through 4 or more adds to buy credits. Seems the same 5 people come up saying they hit a jackpot. Now it’s impossible to even win . Even if you purchase a minimum amount of credits. Fun game but has issues

This game is really fun, however I’ve been noticing a few bugs and issues, lag, not receiving the money when winning (in the game, not real life money), and the extra challenges don’t work properly, I’ll win, but then it’ll make me have to do it again 2-3 times before actually getting the reward. Other than that it’s a great game, I love how it all works and the amount of chances you get to earn money when you get low, pls fix these bugs though, greatly appreciated. Once it’s fixed I’ll bring this up to 5 stars.

I must admit, I do love the game and have paid many times for more tokens so that I can continue to play. The minute I started to do that, however, the wins went to zero. I haven’t even had new cards to even complete a set to win tokens. I only get the same old cards so no new ones for months! It’s almost like a switch was flipped and it said no more wins because you’ve paid to play. I’ve reached out to customer support but have received only the same old canned responses with zero resolution or even an ATTEMPT at it. Not that it matters to them but they’ve lost a player who has paid to play.

Although I do love the game, when I have credits to play. It is a marketing nightmare, constantly trying to get you to pay for credits, gems, scratchers etc. Every time I change to a different slot machine, I get a minimum of 3 pops ups trying to get me to spend money. If you want to play, it is hard to get enough credits to play many of the machine, with very little pay out. The system they use is heavily against you winning anything, let alone enough to cover your bet credit. Free coins are minimal. Great graphics

The game is fun but the bugs in the game are ridiculous. They have daily challenges and you win “extras” like bananas and bingo balls but you don’t get the credit for them. I’ve constantly had to write in to get the credits. Also, you can pay $4.99/month to get extra awards for the games. However, I have proof they have been charging me every three weeks instead of four. This has been for the last 6 months. When I wrote in, they insisted I send in my PayPal statement as proof which I did. Haven’t heard back yet.

The game has only gotten worse. I contacted customer service because I am not getting the “pet bonus” and never received any response. The game has gone down hill the last few months. I play it every day it’s a great game. But I don’t understand why my bonuses do not rise with my levels I’m collecting the same bonus now that I was at level 500 and I am now over level 1100. Have been playing and enjoying this game for years until they apparently changed ownership. I still have over a TRILLION points but they sent a message that they were going to sell our information unless we wanted out. The choice was to stop playing, even though we had bought points or consent to the sale of info. This game used to give you 5 bananas if you met the 5 daily challenges and switched it to only 3 bananas. That isn’t even enough to get the re-spin if you are lucky enough to have it happen to you.
