We’ve streamlined VIN entry by combining VIN scanning with manual VIN input for a smoother inspection flow, and fixed an issue that could open multiple vehicle detail pages at once.

We’ve upgraded sign-in to make it faster, smoother, and more secure. This release improves login reliability and reduces authentication interruptions for a more seamless app experience. Starting the week of March 16, 2026, OPENLANE Canada will end support for iOS versions below 18. Devices on iOS 17 or earlier will no longer receive new app updates.

This build contains bug fixes.

We’ve made several updates to improve the selling and inspection experience: - Added additional warning dialogs when attempting to edit an inspection that has progressed past “Parked” from the Seller List. - You can now contact your Sales Representative directly in the app by going to Settings → Contact sales team. - On MarketGuide 2.0, you can now tap Scan VIN button to open the VIN Scanner camera and automatically capture VIN text, barcodes, and QR codes.

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

We corrected multiple issues in the Self Inspect multimedia flow so photos display with consistent layout and aspect ratio, and gallery uploads do not distort or crop unexpectedly.  VIN input now validates immediately and the UI indicates success or error as soon as the VIN is entered.  When a duplicate vehicle already exists in auction or is sold, the flow now provides a direct link to view that vehicle instead of continuing the upload path.

We fixed an issue where selecting all models for a make could hide matching vehicles. Model filtering now treats “All” as a true all-models selection, keeping make–model alignment and applying the same behavior to simulcast search results.

We've made some updates to enhance the buying, selling, and inspections experience: Self Inspect: - The Continue button now stays visible when the keyboard is open and stays consistent across screens, including Multimedia. Tapping outside a text field dismisses the keyboard. - The flow adds a “Take another additional photo” option and supports landscape mode for additional photos and damage.  - Video capture is more reliable because the app stays awake while recording and videos are not lost after the screen is unlocked. - Fixed issues where deleted damage markers could remain on an image and where images could appear stretched. - Added a new offline banner, improved tab bar stability after switching dealerships, and reverted rollers to the previous experience where needed. Buying & Selling: - Buying now shows a clear button when the sort differs from default.  - Selling now shows the Mark Floor action when no floor price is set. - Fixed some UI issues on Closing. This includes adding the missing Copy VIN button, adding the empty label for DGN, and adding missing description text on the empty state for Selling - Closing. Permify and MyLot improvements - The Pending and Closing list is now hidden for users with View Only permissions.  - Retail Insights external links now open in the external browser from Vehicle Details Page.  - Opening MarketGuide from a vehicle’s details page automatically populates the Year, Make, and Model.

We’ve made a few updates to enhance the buying, selling, and inspections experience: - Sold Flow Fixes: Fixed issues where tapping Sold was not navigating to the new Sold page. - Floor Price Error Messaging: If an auction ends before a floor-price change is applied, a message explaining “Floor price update failed …” will appear (available in English & French). - Smoother scrolling: Fixed an issue where the Buy list unexpectedly jumped back to the top while scrolling. - Tab bar fixes: Fixed issues with intermittently missing the bottom navigation bar following different actions in the application.
