Quite a few changes:
- Finally, the puck out of screen bug seems sorted!
- New setting to change game speed (use Fast for previous experience)
- New setting to select an "Ultra" AI level, faster than Hard.
- New setting to select the amount of games to win (3, 5 or 7). New default is 5.
