Not very functional
I can balance my checkbook but I can’t even pay my bills using this app. I just starting paying them from my other account. You can tell a company to bill you from the account but can’t make the app from the bank pay a company. Just keep getting error messages.

I opened an account 40 + years ago 🤎 SYB
I started with Mike Gootee at Poplar Level Road and when Mike moved back to Corporate we moved our account over to Breckinridge when we moved to Prospect. We now live in Sunny Palm Coast Florida but I still keep my account with SYB. I only wish there was a way to transfer funds between SYB and our Florida bank😎😎😎

Could be faster
Only main complaint is that when I make a payment on my home equity , it can take up to two or three days to apply that credit to my balances even though it is coming from an account with them . Also sometimes there are a lot of “pending” on my account that seem like could be applied at a faster rate which when they finally all go through , can effect the balance I thought I had.

Mobile banking is truly an asset. It helps you keep a close eye on your account and see what has cleared and what’s still outstanding so you always know what your balance is. I find it incredibly helpful for my bookkeeping.

Hit and miss
Afternoon and evening outages do not allow moving money between accounts. Transfers done from one account to another are hit and miss as to whether the money is immediately available or held for 24-72 hours. Doesn’t matter if the transfer is $25 or $1,000.

SYB&T app
I have been using this app since it was offered by SYB. It has improved and I’m pleased with each improvement. It won’t help you lose weight or make your teeth bright and white. It does what it is supposed to do— keeps track of one’s accounts, income (deposits), and allows one to effortlessly pay bills. I also use it to transfer funds from one account to another. I’ve never had an issue or found an error with this app. If your money is in SYB, you need this app to manage it.

Spammers
The most important thing with today’s technology is the ability for someone across the world to steal from personal accounts. Report as soon as you suspect a spammer. Stockyards Bank will guide you from there. Last year alone I believe I was issued 5 new cards. As much of a pain as this is, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Closing accounts
After stockyards bought out Commonwealth Bank I was happy because I thought it would be an upgrade. However, down the street from me at the Highland branch by the Kroger‘s the branch manager was extremely rude in person and would not return phone calls for over two weeks to address the problems we were having. I had a business account which typically had an average balance of $250,000 and personal accounts for myself and my daughter. I have closed them all now except for a checking account which I’m getting ready to close. After repeated long lines inside the bank for mundane transactions and
