If only one yard available for the user, Default Yard is set automatically. If Default Yard is not available for current user, value is cleaned up. Trip field widths adjusted for better readability. Got rid of second button press creating/searching receiver if batch is not selected. Cleaner Receiver Back button behavior (no intermediate state). Camera movement smoothness increased.
