Fixed issue where users were not able to log on with Pin Code or Touch/Face ID right after application was opened. The issue was discovered in iOS 14.6

Fix for "gray screen" issue New Event Calendar with push notifications - Event Calendar holds information about payroll date, travel, birthdays etc. New Travel App - New travel experience on the MFP platform so that capabilities and features available via MFP portal now also are available when registering trips and travel via the Mobile App. This move is inline with Zalaris' Mobile First strategy to make sure that all apps are runnable on both desktops and mobile devices (where feasible/possible). All designed to let you easily settle your travel expenses or other business expenses. In addition to trip dates, place of departure, and destination, you can specify the following information: additional destinations, advances, cost assignment, per diems, mileage registration, receipts (we now support retrieving attachments stored on DropBox or OneDrive - if your employer allows to have these apps installed). "Most used WBS codes" for Time Recording App - A new tab has been introduced to make WBS code search much more easier Time Accounts App - Changes main quota view (information splitt into overview and detail view) - Changed data amount and filtering options - Changed design and overview position - New link to Leave Request application Changed name and location of Log Out and Clear App Data - We have now renamed “Logout” button to "Exit" to emphasize on what is actually being done - "Clear App data" button is relocated into the "Settings" section to avoid users unintentionally clicking this option Security fixes - Touch ID and Face ID - Better PIN code implementation and Fingerprint authentication. - Better storing of login credentials on the device. Important information! Since new app version is using completely different way of storing logon credentials and PIN code you will not be able to login with your current PIN code. After PIN code is rejected 3 times you will be redirected to onboarding screen where the logon process should be performed once again. After that the app will behave as before update.

New version of Time Recording App As a part of MFP project Zalaris has reworked Time recording application to deliver clients best user experience. As a result, Time app was rewritten replacing some outdated UI elements and fixing some bugs. New version of Payslip App We are happy to introduce a new App with built-in native PDF viewer which ensures even better resolution of the PDF-document, pinch-zoom functionality and ability to email, save, print directly from the prevew. And lastly also the option of saving / exporting several payslips into one PDF document. New version of Time Accounts App We have replaced existing Time Accounts App with a new one. This new user-friendly environment is providing much better navigation possibilities and great look and feel of the app. Application is intended to display time account balances for selected period (week, month, year, etc.). New Time Statement App The new Time Statement service is intended to display time report about specific period - usually a month at a time. Statement contains information about individual results for each day, month overview at key date as well as absence entitlements. Added flight times for SE users/employees in Travel app In Sweden when making travel registration for an abroad trip, aside from Start Date and End Date, registration requires also Border Crossing time. It is necessary to register date and time for takeoff and landing if employee is travelling by plane. In other words, it is now possible to register trips that requires this information also through the mobile app (registration was previously only possible through portal).

Improvements in login screen We have introduced some new features, information etc. on the login screens to better aid the user especially during first time logons. This is very important for users belonging to clients / customers where a "SSO Only" policy has been enforced which renders the app unusable for these individuals. We have also seen that users with the strongest security profiles sometimes struggle with logging on - especially the first time but also during times of password change. Push Notifications We now support push notifications and will notify you when you have items in your inbox. Improved PDF viewing experience We have improved the way PDFs are displayed and the app will now try to use the best option possible based on your device’s capabilities. Font size increase on tiles (on main menu) Made slight increase of titles on main menu tiles to improve readability. Travel improvements · My Travel & Expense Reports (overview & archive) · Support for adding up to 6 images/attachments to a receipt Bug fixes & other issues Since the release of last Mobile App in January 2017 we have had some stability issues. Due to the nature of the infrastructure supporting the Mobile App this has not been a straightforward problem to deal with - and Zalaris has worked closely with its main vendors in resolving these issues. The causes for the problems have been partly device & operating-system specific, partly related to network and security and lastly partly related to software versions and dependencies. We have approached this on all levels and we have now made significant changes to our landscape and systems to increase stability of the solution. · Problem with loop on PIN code screen · Errors (loop) when setting PIN codes · Problems with Tiles / applications "freezing" · Problems with gray / empty screen after starting app · Confusion concerning "Lock" and "Log Out" features in app
