This app has been specifically designed for employees of any Healthcare Australia brand. It has a variety of information and services to help you communicate and connect with HCA.
eHCA will allow you to update your availability, confirm and view allocated shifts, update preferences, submit electronic timesheets, view your payslips and much more.
In addition, all this functionality is fully integrated in real-time with our scheduling system, meaning the information you are viewing and updating is always up to date.

Here are just some of the latest changes we've made for you:
- Completely restyled the app and given it a fresh look and feel;
- Added ability to sync your confirmed shifts with your calendar;
- Added ability to login using fingerprint or face recognition (if your device supports this);
- Added a new ‘eLearning’ menu to easily access your education competency info;
- Merged the ‘Payroll’ and ‘Timesheets’ menu’s together to make way for the new ‘eLearning’ menu. You can continue to access and submit timesheets via the ‘Payroll’ option;
- Added dark\night mode support (if your device supports this);
- Added accessibility support (increase the font size on your device and the app text size will also increase). Great for those who find it a little difficult to read the small text;
- R&R available contracts now visible for all staff;
- You can now see your superannuation payments from within the app;
- Added a link to our permanent / contract roles (via the Shifts area);
- Performance improvements – many of the screens are a lot quicker to load
