Bug fixes and auto bail arm mode.

Temporarily removed the underwater camera as it was causing many people issues. Small bug fixes. Lowered memory usage slightly. Fixed float rod not controlling properly after switching venues. Fixed target fish names not displaying properly. Fixed fish not biting after 1st fish is landed.

Old data now imports without needing to create an account. Added session time, current peg and rig/bait info on the pause menu. Added an option to have the User Interface turn off after a minute of inactivity, this prevents screen burn on AMOLED screens. Fixed baitboat sometimes not stopping Set low quality as the default quality as on some devices the game crashes at higher quality.
